Suggestion:
Add harder penalties on firing when moving
Explain:
Still while firing = Little to no swaying when firing at hip or from sights
Walking while firing = Small shakes during sight firing and hip sway
Jogging while firing = Moderate shaking and swaying during firing and Moderate hip sway
A drug (New or already IG) can lessen the effects, but it will always be apparent
Why Though?:
Stops strafe firing and makes moving during a firefight a lot more of a planning situation. Should I stay and wait for the person to come out for a long shot, or should I walk and fire to suppress while my friend moves up to fire through the window?

This would be nice as it would be harder to shoot and injure people while in a shootout.

This is mostly to stop the “Sprint,Shoot,Sprint,Shoot” issue. Rushing is still a viable option, but now it will be affected by your weapon swaying violently.
