Is the new Steam GUI good or crap? - Da Cool Cow - Jul 24, 2018

As the title asks, do you think the new Steam GUI is good or crap? I personally like it. Gives a nice modern feel and things seem to work smoothely, although it'll take me a while to get used to the new Friends List layout and how it displays nicknames (if set) instead of the players username.

What do you think?

Wowee! The chat history now is amazing. You can go weeks back and view older messages sent through steam. Previously, you couldn’t even view messages sent in the morning by the afternoon, if you closed the chat window.

And same goes for YouTube videos and other Steam Content (Screenshots, workshop items) It even displays emojis too, sent from iOS and Android devices.

I like its new look & the new features such as being able to send images with them displaying but I find it harder to use

It's too simplified, I can't use Metro for steam cuz it bugs out.
