heres a vid from when mulitple people had guns on him, he refused to drop the knife and instead started hitting the wall, then he did a really scummy thing and ran away when we got distracted by prop push. i started chasing him and he refused to stop, stating in game "that i d shot him so he continued running" even though i had shot way after he broke fearrp and ran.

From the fact no HUD was visible (aside from when you lagged), he was out of FearRP range.

Same with Ricky. He distracted you, then ran. He was out of taser ranger.
