Summary: Went gundealer and stole a EMS tahoe, after trying to run over the president he got shot and killed.
He respawned, equipped a shotgun and shot a random citizen so we got on a foot chase where he got taken down by me and the SWAT (the kill was missclick as you can see in the video). He then respawned and after getting pulled over just jumps out, equips a shotgun and shot me for no reason. This isn't his first Violation, he violated multiple rules in the span of 5 mins

Whilst looking through logs for this incident, I also saw multiple instances of self-supply, CDM and other breaches.
