I was driving down the road when he jumped onto the road shouting "get out of the car get out of the car" so I stopped my car and as I was about to get out he RDMED me, the entire time between him pointing gun at me and me pulling to a stop and him killing me was no more than 4 seconds

i stopped you cos ppl in the monaco gang were saying a guy in a red ferrari was threatening ppl in monaco gang so i told you to get out the car and gave you a fair amount of time but you didnt so i shot you

The time between the first order being given and your death was around 5/6 seconds, along with the order to get out the car being made 4 times. Since (from what I can see), they had a valid RP reason for the killing, no rule breach has been noted.
