Summary: I was in a police chase, went to the car park and ran away to pull my gun out for my protection (even though I was the offender lol).

My gun was already out when the officer jumped out the car and I continued to aim at him, though he pulled his own weapon out which is breaking FearRP

Seeing how your gun wasn't loaded at the time, and you needed to reload it, FearRP wouldn't apply due to that.
