What kind of claim is this? It's obviously an accident, you can tell from our reactions. As you can see in the video, we were going too fast and couldn't stop in time, and the road was blocked by the cars at an angle so it acted as a funnel for our Tesla. I didn't hide the body under a car, I dragged them onto the pavement for safety then called ems to help them. We then drove away to avoid being arrested.
The way they state what we did makes it sound much worse than it is. Really, we were going too fast, cars were in the way, and we accidenally hit a cop. We then called EMS and left. What more could we do?
