Description: I cannot buy any of the clothes yet i have the neccesary things needed to purchase them
Bug observed since: yesterday

You can only buy the swat riot gear when on the swat job.

with moderative help of @PilotC and @MrMarsh it turns out that i am unable to buy new suits that REQUIRE REP, otherwise i can use the suits freely

It states in the description of said clothing items the requirements, think you maybe misunderstood or didn't see said REP requirement.
