Description: When i join the server I can't see my hands for some reason, however when I punch I see the hands for like 2 seconds and they disappear again.
Bug observed since: 17/6/18

Steps to Reproduce: Spawn in the server and switch over to Hands/Keys

Yeah, this is a new feature of the hands introduced in one of the most recent updates, it was added to simulate when one would have their hands down by their side and was also an approved suggestion.
