Summary: Long story short, we were raiding a property which had been shooting at cops for a long, long time, someone tells me over radio that there is a suspicious vehicle pulling up behind me so I decide to get them out of the vehicle, or at least attempt to, but instead they break FearRP.

That has literally nothing to do with the rule you're being reported for. You're being reported for a violation of a FearRP - rule 2.1.

No you didn't? I had a gun pointed at you, you had no gun out as you were driving the Kamaz at the time, hence breaking FearRP. Not to mention that you pulled out your weapon when you got out the vehicle, you can hear the shotgun pump.

- 2.1 - You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within microphone range of you
and is able to harm your character at that moment. You must act afraid of armed people and life-threatening situations. You must follow the orders of the person(s) who have you under FearRP, and you may not draw a weapon on them or attack them. FearRP applies to melee weapons and tasers if you are within effective range (except if in a vehicle). You may not run away from someone who has you under FearRP and is pointing a gun/taser at you, unless they specifically order you to. You are not under FearRP if you are also visibly armed. Visibly armed in the context of this rule means that you have your weapon out and in your hands, regardless of safety mode. You are not considered visibly armed when you are seated in a vehicle, regardless of whether you are holding a weapon in hand or not. If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope to detain you, FearRP still applies.

I had a weapon already equipped well two guns before I left the vehicle. So there's no reason for me to he afraid of your gun if I was already armed myself.

FYI
can even get a admin to check or ask the guy who was with me we both had weapons equipped already as you can even see a p90 on my back I equipped a benali m3 and p90 at the j and glass co even get a admin to check the logs or whatever.

Ok cole you know what I agree ok although I had guns pre equipped I still broke fear rp as I was vulnarbel when you pointed gun at me when I was in vehicle making me unable to shoot back since my hands were on the steering wheel didn't fully understand fear rp when it comes to vehicles as I have never really being in that type of situation but still dosnt excuse it.
