Giving the community a chance to vote on who they think the best admin is, baring in mind how active they are and the fairness of their punishments.

@Daley is never afraid to put his foot down and always pushes for the greater good of the community, irrespective if it effective his peer’s opinion of him. His activity might be a little slacking but no one is particularly active atm
