PR -> _Risky_ - Nebula - May 24, 2018 Reported Players: _Risky_ (STEAM_0:1:85909915) Server: Rockford Time: 2018-May-24 14:47 Summary: Was moving himself up with ladders on the townhall with no RP background whatsover. Removed existing ladders again so nobody can follow him. (I tranqued him in order to try to make him imovable, due we didnt know if he is armed or not) Later: He was tresspassing in the Townhall elevator. Somehow got injured. Paramedic was called to the scene and as far as i noticed, was responding. So he decided to reconnect to avoid RP.
