Description: When tazing someone and when you try untazing them it doesn't seem to work all the time.
Bug observed since: this week

From 53 seconds for 58 seconds tazer doesn't seem to work.

I believe it's the same with the medkit.

I've noticed it sometimes picks up the body as if you have your hands out. Sometimes killing the taser person.

Yeah, this has been an issue for quite a while... not sure what could be causing it but I'm no genius so.
