Description: I was downed in a gun fight, while I was downed i got cuffed by an officer, after I was uncuffed (while still injured) I had this hand bug. After resupplying, all attachments were gone.
Bug observed since: today

Steps to Reproduce: Get injured as gov -> cuffed -> uncuffed -> healed -> and resupply
