Summary: I own a towing business, and I tow MaxDD's car because it was illegally parked. He PM's me telling me that I have to give it back or he will break in to my warehouse to get it for himself. He says I "stole his car" and so he got a warrant to break into my warehouse and take his car back. He pays no fine and drives off.
