Summary: Got a call about somone armed at FD, turn up; gun dearler is on ground and jonas is shooting him in head. I get my gun out and he runs off, I follow and get him pinned with me having the weapon out. He then runs AGAIN and gets pistiol out and shoots.
He broke Fear RP about 2/3 times.
