There was a keypad, but you just couldn't find it. It's hidden away somewhere.

Approved.
Keypad should be visible, and their purposes made clear. This is very obvious in the way the rule is written.
A 1 hour PTE blacklist will be applied, this will also count towards the above mentioned thread.
