Summary: I was trying to figure out the building tools and while doing that i was building a wheel of fortune. Then Cherny came to me and started messing with my unfrozen wheel of fortune as SWAT Leader for no reason instead of Roleplaying his job (which is FailRP). I've put a lot of work into the wheel but i forgot to save it. I told him to stop but he didnt want to stop and he kept on messing with it until he broke it completly. After he broke it i called him the N-word because i got mad. Then he was trying to arrest me for calling him the n-word but i was running away breaking FearRP. At the end he arrested me.
P.S. After the other guy fixed the wheel he came back to it and started messing with it but i didnt get to record it.

I'm very confused as to why @Cherno was messing around with the wheel in the first place, and would like to hear what they have to say further on from what was posted above.

Why didnt you ban him for FailRP tho? I think messing with a lottery wheel as SWAT Leader is FailRP.

Not to come off as rude, but isn't that is irrelevant since there is no rule prohibiting me "messing" with the prop(s). Also, I don't think I broke any rules, and if I did, could you please tell me? If I did, then I stand corrected and will of course explain myself.

Breaking my wheel while playing SWAT Leader is FailRP. You should be doing your RP instead of making someone's life hard.

I find you in violation of FailRP and 6.1 at present, seeing how your messing around with props when you shouldn't really be. Not to mention the fact that your SWAT here.

Nightmare, how about we just all apologize to each other and you give us a warning? @Cherno i apologize for calling you bad words and being rude to you but i had a bad day and you shouldn't be breaking my stuff.

Aight well since you just confessed that I did the right thing I guess I didn't do anything wrong?
On a more serious note, the wheel was floating, which is breaking rule 6.3 which states:
6.3 - Do not build traps, unrealistically supported constructions (like floating cameras)
I was one of many law enforcement agents and I was not on a call so I wouldn't consider it FailRP as I was taking care of someone building on public property and asking what it is, albeit phrased a bit differently. I was investigating a (floating) pie chart being built next to the police station on public property. He himself is a Citizen and not a "Casino Owner" or a "Builder" and I don't think regular citizens set up shop and build floating wheels of fortune besides a police station.
Rule 6.1 states:
- 6.1 - Props are meant for building and for enhancing roleplay. Using props for other purposes may be considered abuse, for example using
- props to kill/push vehicles and players, using props to fly around, using props to block yourself or other players in an area.
I don't see how I broke any of these rules.

This PR is for his FailRP, which at the time of your ban, wasn't reviewed yet. Either way,
Approved.
User found in violation of rule 6.1 and FailRP by intentionally messing around with another users props for no RP reason.
A permanent warning will be issued.

Please note: Prior to my approval, I had asked a member of staff independent from this case surrounding the rules being violated, who agreed that it would be a breach of the above mentioned rules, this was to prevent any bad judgement on my half considering how the accused has recently been banned by myself.
