I don't see how that's relevant, 24 hours is enough time to be responsible for your own actions.

Player is in clear violation of FearRP and I have reason to believe he meant for those insults to be carried over to OOC.
Player will be issued with a 2 day ban for breaking FearRP and disrespecting other players.
