Taking into account player report 20877 which will be approved alongside this report, the player will be issued with a week's suspension and 2 hour weapons blacklist for misuse of lethal force and violation of rule 11.5. Please note that the suspension is rather long seeing how the user has recently racked up a fair amount of administrative punishments in the past month.
