My game crashed and when I tried to reconnect I was already banned, the ban is not justified.

Just checked our logs now and it clearly states the following:

I don't understand how you could claim this is invalid due to this.

Right, but the logs say that you have DC/ed. If you time out it tells us so.
Do you have anything else to add? Before, I ask for this to be closed.

Hi there Cherno,
After reviewing this case myself, I'm satisfied that Stell made the right decision here. Crashes are generally indicated by a timeout or connection closed in the rare occurence, but as it's disconnect by user, it's highly likely that you in fact disconnected yourself, and without proof being supplied to evidence the crash, I'm afraid I cannot in good faith allow the unban to take place. The ban is completely justified and will stand as issued.
