Summary: Basically i respond the situation as a police officer and there was already two or three officers there, and we had our guns out and he continued to move (Breaking Fear Rp). Then after he is arrested Ninjalabs started recording when he was killing other players for no reason with props ect, also i think he was still a BMD at the time of doing so. I have the evidence of the Fear rp and Ninjalabs will provide the link for the killing of the players.
