Suggestion: Picture Frames

Details: Implement this so we have additional entities to use to enhance RP-Environments. These have lots of potential in different RP-Environments and aren't limited to just displaying art pieces. Show off your most captivating screenshots, use them to display an incriminating photo to blackmail or bribe, use them as a bulletin board to have information on the wall, etcetera!

+support. If it could be modified to add more alternatives it would be great too. An alternative frame for the base sign for example, because it looks a bit shit atm.

Similar but different.
These are, in my opinion, better for different uses as they function differently as they resize/scale images to fit within the border of the frame. Additionally, they are wonderful in that you can duplicate them and they'll maintain the image that was posted on it.

We could just skip the middle man and avoid the painful downgrade in the picture’s resolution by adding the framed items.
