Summary/Details: He was taking skins from props and other people's cars and putting them on his own car, for example, he put an LA
D skin from a prop on his SWAT Crown Vic. This was particularly abusive as the server was quite populated, I'd understand if there was no one on it would be funny but there was constantly people making /911's and radio requests but he decided it would be more beneficial to sit there and steal other people's car skins instead of RPing as SWAT. He even decided to take the skin from my Dodge Monaco and put it on his car, which displays high amounts of abuse of the tools he now has access to.Evidence:

Where exactly does it benefit me to have these skins other than just for the looks and especially where exactly does it restrict you and other people in their roleplay when I copy the materials off your / their cars?
It's not like the material is being "stolen" and you are unable to use your car afterwards anymore.
