Refund details (include date and time if applicable): Today (2times) one around 17:00 (GMT+2) and one at 19:05 (GMT+2). I lost 2 UV Light's , 10 Drug pots and 10 Weed seeds.
Reason: My game crashed 3 times in total. At the first crash I got refunded with my weed equipment (5 Drug pots , 1 UV Light, 5 Weed Seeds). After my second game crash I haven't been refunded anymore and the third time I got no refund aswell.
I made a screenshot with my weed equipment and also after I reconnected once. Just have these three screenshots for the second time happening.
