Involved: I was a police officer at the time and witnessed this, they were both friends then he changed job and the girl DCed but I dont remember the guy DCing.

Involved (was SWAT Sergeant at time). Here is the list of events from my point of view
Mr Maze and Benny0421 were arrested. Upon Mr Maze being released he went SWAT before proceeding into the jails and unarresting Benny0421. Around 20 seconds after Mr Maze leaves the job. After around 5-10 minutes later Mr Maze disconnects followed by Benny0421.

It's obvious from the durations spent within the job that it was clear what the player intended to do and I'm perfectly satisfied that powergaming took place here. As a result, a day and a half's suspension and a 3 hour police officer blacklist will be applied.
