Description: So when you get injured or handcuffed you cant put your attachments on anymore
Bug observed since: Now
Images/Screenshots:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go SWAT
- go for a gun with attachments
- Get handcuffed
- then try to put attachments back on

Attachments aren't removed, so unsure why this is happening.
