you broke roleplay in this situation I am RPing that it is a armord money transport truck with bullet proof windows closes so I did not here you IC and you attempted to ram my window brakeing rp as it is bullet proof.

As stated in the first line, I was asked to pull you over by the chief of police. I'm not exactly sure why he couldn't, maybe he was busy i'm not sure. If you're RP'ing as a money transporter, why were you invovled in an armed raid less than 5 minutes earlier?

I wasn't recording then, we can try and ask Ayyeanonymous as he was the cheif at the time, not that it's exactly important to the situation at hand anyways.

Closing notes:
Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player was found violating rules regarding powergaming, FearRP and mic spam.
A blacklist from voice access will be revoked for two hours.
Please note, on the basis that Riggs had attempted to create sufficient background RP and acted on it accordingly, I think Riggs acted in good faith. The Courier Truck, to my understanding, holds no ballistic protection meaning Riggs could be harmed by the weapons pointed at him. Due to Riggs believing he was safe from this, I will not punish him for FearRP as it would seem that he couldn't be placed under FearRP because of the vehicle being roleplayed as bullet proof. Riggs did however scream down his microphone twice at a player which is not acceptable for which he will be punished.
