Why should you be unblacklisted?:
Well I know these blacklists are from a long time ago, but I do feel that the punishment for these two offences was a bit excessive. I see people who had the same amount of hours as me get a permanent warning instead of a blacklist, or in some cases a ban. For example, I looked through the recent warnings page to see that people are getting warnings for the same exact offence that I did. I don't see how this is fair because back then I had the same amount of hours as them but yet received a different type of punishment. These blacklists are from two years ago from my juvenile self, but I have changed for the better.

Punishments are under the staff member's judgement of the situation. Punishments will almost never be fair as each situation is different.
Just because you changed for the better is no excuse to take a valid rule breakage off your record.

Well I'm just asking that if someone gets a warning for a offence. How come I didn't get one when I had around the same amount of hours as the g8y who did the same thing as me

I won’t be commenting further unless asked. He broke a rule and got punished for it. It should stay on record.

Please note, given that you're only appealing the decision now after nearly two years, I am unable to recall what the exact circumstances were. If you were dissatisfied with the punishment you were issued you should have appealed it at the time. You said yourself that you broke the rules so I see no reason why either blacklist should be removed.
