Summary: The player would just Prop spam and block the PD for no IC reason. He spawned bricks once, Blocked the entrance of PD, We cleared it and turned around and he did it again.

Those are just a few bricks. It's strange but it does not instantly make him guilty of propspam, propblock, or other prop offenses. Do you have any other evidence you can show?

Sadly not really, It was 8 Each time. I saw no RP reasion for them just to apear out of thin air at the PD, and he did it two times, So that was 16 blocks in all If my memery is right.
