Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Allow any job to place breaches on props much like with Government
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
This actually gives the government an advantage when raiding compared to someone raiding them. I am not sure why it is restricted to Police and SWAT only but I don't think it should be restricted.
