Summary: I was just cruising down Main Street when I saw a situation on the road. I pulled over to see an SSA dragging a cop's body. Before this, I heard the chief say we have a rogue SSA, so I figured this guy must be him. I get out and point my gun at the SSA like it shows in the video, and he fails to comply with my orders to stop moving and getting out of the RV.
