Easy answer: I was basing with the two people at said base (Poland and Pufitee). You asked me if I was basin there in character and my reply was no (I lied). You guys were raiding my base so I simply pulled a shotty out and killed the four cops raiding.

Makarov, I understand that you were basing with your friends and was defending your base but at the time of the shooting as far as the video shows your job was set as a "Citizen".
As a citizen you wouldn't be shooting at cops or killing them

Simple mistake, I had been basing with them but didnt change my Job. Thats on my end. In re-examination of the Basing rules and Job rules AND the Crime Rules I have yet to see anything regarding my job as a Citizen being wrong for me defending my home/base in the name of self defense.

3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). Think of reasons for your actions and what you do and ask yourself if it’s realistic –
e.g running around the city punching everyone as the President is FailRP. This also applies to unrealistic buildings out of context.
3.5 - Custom job titles must state what character you intend to roleplay, and you must roleplay the chosen job accurately (e.g do not RP as a
secret agent when your job is set to Chef)
A citizen, which is a person who follows the law and would not commit any major crimes like killing 4 police men which would in a way count as FailRP and the Citizen job, your job at the time of the shootings, was not accurately roleplayed.
It is considered an invalid job title for such acts.
As you have low hours I'm going to give you a permanent warning stating the invalid job title to remind you about it in the future.
