Today (around 17:30 UTC+1) I bought a 5$ membership for @"Nudelsalat im Panzer" and he didn't received it yet
after 30 minutes.

Not sure what went wrong, we wasnt getting a proper response from paypal, something must of changed there end.
i updated the code to better method and all working again
all errored transactions have been sorted and are pending ingame
