The Mert ask me to lend him 100 k beacuse he was broke I accept it we both accept that he should give it to me in 4 days , but as I said I don't have my money and I need them beacuse I would like to buy a vehicle :/

Lending and such are under the player's discretion. Unless there are other factors included, there is possibly nothing we can do about this.

Unfortunately when lending money, it is with your own discretion and unless there are other factors included, we can not enforce the lent money to be returned or track the transaction. Please in the future, be more careful.
