Explain your suggestion, in detail: This suggestion simply adds a new livery to all police vehicles, which is blank (plain white). It is nothing fancy, but can vastly improve some roleplays within the government, you'll see the reasoning for it down below.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Now, for the reasoning, The main reason I have suggested this is because the majority of people have a massive amount of client-side addons installed, which means that on some vehicles there are no "blank" or "plain" skins for people (including myself). So, therefore, if a blank livery was added instead it wouldn't be possible to overwrite it and means that we can go undercover or unmarked in any vehicle regardless of client-side addons.

No more ''HLEP OFICER HELO HOW R U" when you're driving an unmarked whilst wearing plainclothes which looks almost identical to a civilian in a civilian vehicle with their reason being "sarry, I've got this super k00l skin that totally isn't part of our modpack so I automatically know you're a copper".
