okay I'm very excited to play on this server but every time I try to join it says missing map file Rockford v 2 disconnecting please help

Well this is the wrong subforum. But try downloading all content packs from here (Steam workshop collection link).

Or just download the map through steam
EDIT: But you are right, HL2 episodic content and CS:S content are needed in case you dont want any material/model errors
