I pulled up at the driveway and I had Bot under gun point and I asked 2 more times and he said okay little boy and then the money came through which I did not notice so after he sais gtfo I shot him thinking he hadn't given me the money then we ran. I can post my view later

Let me start by saying, unfortunately, I cannot see the job titles they had, so I cannot form a conclusion on that.
However, that being said, you shouldn't have been shot for refusing to pay, even if you didn't pay.
Karma Rowe will not be issued any punishment, due to a lack of evidence.
Tom will be issued an 8 hour weapons blacklist, due to this, plus his number of priors.
