Quest UBR - Quest - Jan 8, 2018 Your Name: Quest Issued by: Soviethooves@"Gungranny" Blacklist ID: 69737 Server: CityRP2 Why should you be unblacklisted?: The "Insult" was done via PM and not via OOC, therefore I does not redeem a blacklist for OOC Evidence: N/A Blacklist was given around the time of the "Insult" against @"Lecho" - Limelight Gaming - Jan 8, 2018 The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, Quest. It will take a while for it to be reviewed. RE: Quest UBR - Overlewd - Jan 8, 2018 If you insult OOCly, regardless of whether it's in OOC chats or not, it is still a rule violation that you can be punished for. And an OOC chat blacklist is an appropriate punishment for an OOC insult regardless of whether it was in OOC chat or not. Would you have preferred a ban at the time? Do you have anything to add or wish to dispute the reason for the blacklist? Looking back on it I didn't understand ever why if I used /pm to insult someone, once that it would be a blacklist straight away; I didn't have a history of insulting I said something via pm along the lines of "Fuck you" after I was demoted. I would have seen that as a warning rather than a blacklist for /ooc. RE: Quest UBR - Overlewd - Jan 8, 2018 It is up to the staff member to decide if they want to issue a punishment or a warning, at their discretion entirely. We can wait for Soviet's response if you want but given that it's been over a year I can imagine he won't really remember what happened (unless godlike memory hype). Oh I thought the logs saved. RE: Quest UBR - Soviethooves - Jan 8, 2018 Overlewd wraps it up quite well of my opinion on the matter. I remember it and I don't see why I would say to remove the UBL. You broke the rules and now you are paying for it with that on your record. RE: Quest UBR - Overlewd - Jan 8, 2018 Godlike memory it is. Denied for the reasons stated in my and Soviet's posts. |
