Summary: Suspect is in direct violation of rule 2.1. Officers had tasers pointed at the suspect that had no weapon out. The suspect then proceeds to backpedal and take out a weapon, which ensues in bullets flying. Suspect is also in direct violation of rules 3.3 and 3.7a. The suspect can be seen randomly punching citizens and shooting at officers for no valid roleplay reason. Additionally, the suspect is in violation of rule 4.1 (NLR). After the first incident had concluded and the suspect had died, he returned again to the same location to randomly punch another citizen. After police intervene in the situation, the suspect proceeds to again equip a weapon under gunpoint and violate rules 2.1 and 3.7a for a second time.

The accused is seen to be in direct violation of 2.1, as stated. NLR is also breached in the video. No punishment for the second FearRP will be adminstered, as there is no evidence.
