Description: The time function of the new forum is non-functional. Whenever the form is completed, the timestamp is not applied to the report and must be manually entered.
Bug observed since: 12/29/2017

Steps to Reproduce: Fully complete and submit the new Player Report form.

Fixed. I forgot to change over from datetime to newdatestamp when fixing the date system. Since it outputs as a success, I forgot to change it.
My bad.
