Description:
I shot someone and I placed hand cuffs on them
*** Woody Mac starts to handcuff Wayne Perry.
*** Woody Mac clicks both cuffs over each hand therefore, finishing handcuffing Wayne
Perry.
and I moved away and I was told that someone shot the person dead and this caused all there items to drop so I picked them up but I wasnt able to pick the fishing rod up.
Bug observed since: Now

Fixed. Model wasn't properly mounting.
