Reason: Do not spam the /911while IN jail, it is a bug and not supposed to be doable
Why should it be removed?: Using /911 in jail is not a bug and is supposed to be doable. @Doctor Internet said it wasent a bug, he only removed fists in jail.

Spamming 911 is still not acceptable, even if you do have access to it in jail.

You we're spamming the police radio while arrested in the jail cells, the warning is on record to note that you have infact been warned about this for future reference.
I see no reason to remove this from your record.
