Textures not working - bismo - Dec 10, 2017
Subscribed to everything and downloaded css and hl 1/2 textures.
Unsubscribed from everything, resubscribed.
Deleted all files starting with "limelight_" in content so it would redownload.
Verified game cache
Tried mat_specular 0
Tried different versions of rockford

The issues you are occuring are from HL2 and CSS Including Episode content.
Make sure your content is mount. In addition, check this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=328735857

I have all the content in my addons folder, i can't mount it in the menu with the controller thing can I? since I didnt buy the actual game? if i can then something's wrong because it wont let me

ok so i just got rid of all my rockford files and used the ones you sent and it fixed like 99% of it
only things I see missing rn is license plates and the shiny part of the cop car wheels.
