Explain your suggestion, in detail:
When unarresting someone as S.W.A.T or Police, disable the teleportation feature.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
This will allow for more immersive roleplay and it would allow for a supervisor to talk to the Arrested and the Arrestee without the Arrested being teleported away due to the sentence being complete. This would also work much like the ECM Baton but without recieving a warrant for arrest.

Has been suggested alot of times, a drag feature and a feature to force someone into a vehicle should be added too for this to be succesfull.

The whole system needs a revamp at sometime however this is just to disable the automatic teleportation when unarrested by an officer.

I think the teleportation should be eliminated completly as it just bothers me how criminals just "disapear". Maybe this will be the start of the rework of the jailing system.

Well this is something that would require a revamp of the system as you'd need a form of officer to release them in that case. Taking the teleportation completely is quite a step... especally with the Jail System's current status.

However, due to the result of the internal poll, both teleportation functions will be removed. This will not happen until various support systems are implemented however.
