Add a Purchasable Vehicle Tracker from the Black Market Dealer.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
This would increase roleplay for those who are trying to do a Hitman or Tracking a vehicle who is requires some punishment justice. Also supports for locating and finding some vehicles for people and clans.

Give 2 Items, One can be purchased in the misc section and you can only put it on your Vehicle.
BMD Model should get lost if Vehicle is stored or the Teacher removed (perhaps a physical Model on the downside)
