Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. FearRP. And NLR
FearRP: We put him at gunpoint, at the first he ran away from us. Then he ran back to his vehicle and jumped in it. he refused to get out of his vehicle.
NLR: After that, he got killed because we hit his car with a knife to try to get him out. He then came back a minute after and started to shoot at us.

Can confirm, FearRP was broken as the user failed to comply under multiple gunpoints.

I also saw this happening. He also started chasing me without any reason when I joined to the server

As the player has a fair amount of hours, whilst I understand he hasn't played in a while, he will be issued with a day and a half's suspension for FearRP and NLR.
