Longer time for props to DE-SPAWN - Kahjo - Nov 21, 2017

Explain your suggestion, in detail: Well, everyone got the problem that their games crash for some reason, must suck when you have a base with contraband inside it, then dupe goes away before you can reconnect back (about 2min and they delete) so make it longer time like 5 - 10minutes. I have so many times had a contrabase built by scrap on a side of a road, then dupe dissapears and all contra falls on the road and cops destroy them. Make this possible until the crashing has been fixed.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: ^^^^^^

meh, i think current times are pretty much fine. usually enough time for me at least to load back in. if its taking people longer than the timer to load back in, then yeah change it. if not, its ok

It takes around 5 minutes + for me to load in, by that time all my props have dissapeared.

I have a VERY beefy processor, and a damn good internet connection, but I still can't load back after a crash before my props despawn.

Also, maybe only make it for when people time out? If they log out they're doing it willinging and likely won't be back.

Well not on the road but if you have a prop made base next to a road, the contra will fall next to the road where someone sees it and gets rich.

When staff is not able to be on and there is a propspammer, that will cause problems even if he disconnects. Need to consider some counters for that first. Maybe enable it for people above certain hours?

The only problem I see with this is if t he props are kept longer then the person doing whatever will be unable to access any of the doors etc. Keypads don't work when a player is gone and thats why I find it hard to want to support this. With the example you have given me I think it is the only reason why the time should be increased.

If you are having issues with props disappearing and thinking you are unable to return them /restoreprops is always there and works pretty well. For now, I'll think about it.

We don't necessarily need props to linger more, maybe an increase slightly to ensure players are able to get back on in time, it takes over 5 minutes to log into the server sometimes and most definitely during peak hours. 

What would be amazing is if props that have warrants on them and even when not warranted could still be interacted with, say with breaches or keypads, those dc/s to avoid raiding when staff aren't on are frustrating and it would be a lovely counter to it.

The problem here is, if one place a prop-house and put stuff like contraband into it, the house will disappear after one timed out and all the stuff will most likely "fall out".
