Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Allow the President and Vice President access to the ELS Lighting System.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
People have been complaining about the presidents using Amber Lighting as signs of an ELS system. It was also an insight that I believe was not discussed most likely. The President and his Vice should be able to enable the ELS System on their vehicles and I personally don't understand why this wasn't done upon release.

Sounds like a simple access issue, though I'm sick of all the hard-on for gov/crim/cars, sure.

Personally, I use the amber lighting because its the only thing I have access to as President. Would love to have the ability to use LEO lighting.
