Player Hankifishfish (STEAM_0:1:202770080) has failed to respond within the given timeframe, however there is nothing deemed malicious enough to take action.
Player should note that if this was an attempted mugging as Chef, or another criminal activity, then this would obviously constitute a rule violation, but there's insufficient evidence to support this being a crime.
No punishment will be issued to the player, but this report will be moved to Accepted as the above counts as an informal warning to the reported player.
